Application
WCP series sanitary pump is applicable in conveying all kinds of liquid material
in the industries of dairy, beer, beverage, biochemical, fine chemical. It conveys not only
normal or middle viscous solutions but also suspension and corrosive liquids. WCP series
sanitary pumps has models of single state, single suction, open styled impeller and elaborate
design shell with reasonable and efficiency quality. Also the pump is designed for
CIP and SIP with emphasis on large internal rounding.

Standard design
WCP pump consist of a standard motor, impeller, pump casing, shaft and sanitary
mechanical seal. The WCP pump is designed for CIP clean system with cleanable seals.
The pump is cover with a stainless steel shroud for protection for motor and with four adjustable steel legs

Shaft seal
The WCP pump is equipped with either a single or a flushed shaft seal, both have stationary seal rings
in acid resistant steel AISI316L with sealing surface in carbon or carbide and rotating seal rings silicon
carbide. The secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal. The WCP pump
may also be equipped with a double mechanical shaft seal.
